I missed a cardio session yesterday because, frankly, I just needed an evening at home. So tonight, I tacked an extra 15 minutes on the end of my usual half hour, and no doubt about it, I was sweating by the time I left the gym.
I’ll be back to my regular workout time tomorrow, thank goodness, and it will probably be a leg session, so I am doubly glad that it’s not in the morning. I really don’t need a repeat of Monday morning’s fiasco. And judging by the success of tonight’s cardio, I should be in good shape for tomorrow.

Stepmill, Fatburner Level 10, 15 minutes, 1.5 miles.
