In the gym by myself:
I forgot my heart rate monitor strap, so I’m not really sure of the ranges, but I definitely worked up a sweat!
Step mill: Fatburner Level 9, 5 minutes, Level 8 10 minutes. 1.4 miles, 15 minutes.
Upright Bike: Speed Intervals Level 2, 10 minutes.
Step mill: Aerobic Level 7, .85 miles, 10 minutes.
Total: 35 minutes.

You didn’t forget your heart rate monitor strap. You left it at the gym after this mornings training session. It is in my locker if you need it before I see you again.
