The World’s Easiest Smoked Salmon Spread

For one serving:

3 ounces Greek yogurt, fat-free  (I prefer Fage)

1.5 ounces smoked salmon

Mash the salmon into the yogurt. Serve. How easy is that!

(I have to admit that this was especially easy for me as I started with a piece of smoked salmon that was already heavily spiced (pepper and garlic).  But you can easily embellish this – dill would be good, as would be capers, or a little chopped onion.)
